Abstracts of methodological manuals by Chinese and Japanese authors on various systems of psychophysical training of qigong, which are used in East Asian countries both as an effective way to prevent and treat diseases and as a means of preparing for wushu martial arts. The abstract collection of manuals on these systems is addressed to doctors, psychologists, wushu coaches and everyone who is interested in cultural and psychological traditions and health systems of the peoples of the East.
