History is actually one of the most interesting topics. Since, unlike other sciences, history does not study some abstract concepts or laws of the universe, but people, their psychology through the study of the path that humanity has traveled for many millennia. Unfortunately, through the prism of the past tense and through obscure textbooks that give an extremely simplified, superficial view of distant eras, it is difficult for an ordinary reader to understand what the people experienced in those years. Therefore, for you, we are compiling a collection of books "History in Pictures," so that through illustrations made many years ago, you can feel the past almost through the eyes of the inhabitants of those years. We believe that illustrations (photographs, portraits, prints, cartoons) are able to tell a lot of what a simple set of letters is not capable of.
