The tutorial covers aviation information and communication networks, their structure, purpose and tasks to be solved. Such tasks primarily include the tasks of ensuring the functioning of aviation applications related to air traffic maintenance. Disclosed are features of building infocommunication network services and services provided by them. The classification of subsystems included in the structure of info-communication networks, their composition, purpose, peculiarities of construction and application are given. An analysis of their capabilities, development trends and basic principles of use for solving specific tasks of providing aviation applications was carried out.
