The monograph of Doctor of Historical Sciences O.V. Romanko considers a set of issues related to national relations in Crimea during the Nazi occupation. On the basis of extensive historical material from the archives of Crimea, Ukraine, Russia, Poland Germany, the use of national contradictions as an instrument of German occupation policy can be traced. For the first time in Russian historiography, the problem of military-political collaborationism on the territory of the Crimean Peninsula, the most active form of manifestation of national contradictions, was analyzed. A special place in the book is occupied by the history of the partisan movement, which is seen as a response of the Soviet government to the use of the national factor by the German occupiers.
