The collection of documents contains resolutions of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the RCP (b) - VKP (b), resolutions of the Comintern, diary entries of G. Dimitrov, correspondence of members of the top Soviet leadership and other materials on the activities of the Comintern and its relationship with the VKP (b). The collection is devoted to a topic that has long been discussed both in historical literature and in numerous journalistic speeches and memoirs and causes various, sometimes opposite, estimates. The question of the activities and relations of the CPSU (b) and the Comintern is not only historical, but largely politically acute for our days. To date, these documents remain very politically "charged," they will now be read by various people in completely different ways.
