The collection of documents and materials "Monetary Reform in the USSR of 1947" reflected the process of reforming the Soviet monetary system after the end of World War II in 1941 -1945. The experience of this reform, carried out in conjunction with complex measures to abolish the card system and the transition to free trade at uniform prices, is valuable both positive and negative features. However, its main result is that it successfully solved the problem of post-war recovery of monetary circulation.
