The theoretical foundations of bioenergy and kinetics of biochemical reactions are presented; describe the properties of solutions and their role in the course of biochemical processes; modern ideas about electrode processes are given; features of surface phenomena and their role in the vital activity of the body, properties of dispersed systems and solutions of biopolymers are illuminated. Particular attention is paid to biogenic elements and their properties, considered from the standpoint of modern ideas about the structure of atoms, molecules and chemical bonds.
