The proposed book is a summary of the work on the theory and practice of extraction carried out by the authors from 2000 to 2008. Theoretical consideration is preceded by a presentation of the method of fractional differentiation, which is most convenient when studying mathematical models related to partial differential equations of evolutionary type.
