For the first time, a description of biominerology is given, which studies the mineral and organic composition, structure and conditions of formation of organic-mineral aggregates of biogenic origin, among which zoolites, phytolites and bacteriolites created by animals, plants and bacteria, respectively, or arising with their participation, are distinguished.
