The manual "Clinical examination and registration of medical history" was prepared in accordance with the standard curriculum on propaedeutics of internal diseases, approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus in 1997, registration No. 08-145906, and the working curriculum on propaedeutics of internal diseases for students of the Faculty of Medicine and Prevention, approved by VSMU 29.08.2003 The manual provides a detailed diagram of the clinical examination of the therapeutic patient and the registration of the medical history.
