The new book of the author of the series "Political Economy of History" is dedicated to the events taking place in Ukraine. They are covered and analyzed in detail in the media, but in order to find ways to resolve this conflict, an understanding of its fundamental foundations arising from the action of objective forces and laws that drive the development of human society is crucial. And the real work is devoted to solving this problem. It was conceived as one of the chapters of the next volume of the series "Political Economy of History," dedicated to the political economic analysis of the prospects for the 21st century. However, the severity and significance of the events taking place, as well as the amount of accumulated material, made it necessary to publish this chapter as a separate book. In it, the existing patterns are given in a condensed form, relating only to the conflict in Ukraine.
