This is a very unusual book by the Italian artist, designer and architect Luigi Serafini, published in the late 70s of the last century. The book contains about 360 pages and is an encyclopedia of the fictional world, written in a fictional language with an incomprehensible alphabet, richly decorated with illustrations and diagrams. The word "SERAPHINIANUS" stands for "Strange and Extraordinary Representations of Animals and Plants and Hellish Incarnations of Normal Items from the Annals of NaturalistUnnaturalist Luigi Serafini," which means "Strange and unusual representations of animals, plants, and hellish incarnations from the depths of naturalist Luigi Serafini's consciousness." The code is divided into 11 chapters, which form two sections - the first about the world of nature, the second about man. Although these creatures can be called "people" with great stretch, rather they are some humanoid creatures with body modifications of varying degrees of complexity.
