The third volume of the publication of speeches by defenders at the Nuremberg trials on charges of perpetrators of atrocities committed during the Second World War contains speeches in defense of accused organizations. It seems interesting that in the legal tradition of civilized countries there is an unshakable principle of individual responsibility for criminally punishable acts. Ignoring this principle, which occurred in the Charter of the International Military Tribunal, formally denies all the principles of criminal justice on which the Nuremberg trials were built.
