Information analysis of digital integrated circuits (IC, SIS and LSI) was carried out to systematize sequence converters and analysis and synthesis methods into information technology for designing microprocessor tools. Triggers, registers and microprocessor are considered in combinatorial, relay and matrix logic at the level of hardware and metrological means, software and mathematical software.
