This dictionary, intended for schoolchildren, gives the most common and generally accepted spelling of words. Before the People's Commissariat of Education approved the developed unification of contradictory spellings, which are quite numerous in our spelling, it would be premature and inexpedient to carry out any unification in this small dictionary.
