This book is dedicated to the basics of massage and is intended for a wide range of readers. It consists of several chapters, each of which tells about one or another type of massage. The beginning of the book tells about the history of the development of massage, its beneficial effects on the body, the main types and forms of massage. The theoretical basis of classical massage is given in detail: all techniques and their varieties are considered in detail. Depending on the purpose and method of exposure, 6 main types of massage are distinguished: hygienic, therapeutic, reflex-segmental, point, cosmetic and erotic.
