The book is devoted to philosophical hermeneutics as a science of understanding the text and as a science of understanding the world as a whole. It consists of two parts: in the first, the basic concepts of hermeneutics of the text are considered, in the second, the concepts of individual authors exploring the process of understanding the world by man.
