The purpose of the textbook is to teach students to read and understand original literature on a wide profile of a technical university, to develop oral speech skills within the topics provided for by the program. The textbook is built on a complex principle. It includes an introductory course, a main course, reference material on business correspondence and writing a resume, a short grammar guide, an after-school English-Russian dictionary, laboratory work, paired classroom work. The textbook also includes a book for the teacher.
