The proposed brochure contains a brief overview of the history of the development and production of anti-tank rifles (PTR) in the USSR. Most publications on this topic contain mainly information about the well-known PTR Degtyarev and Simonov, as well as Rukavishnikov's gun, adopted in 1939. Almost all authors give the only version of the removal of this PTR from service in 1940, accusing Marshal Kulik of this.
