The educational complex, based on the integration of the leading provisions of theories of knowledge, training, activities and theory of systems, is intended for students of general educational institutions, applicants, students of humanitarian faculties, teachers of the Russian language and everyone who wants to master the skills of competent writing and the ability to express their thoughts. The grouping of rules, their new systematization, modeling and sequence of study, resulting in the Periodic System of Elements of Russian Speech, is an author's scientific discovery and at the same time a new method of teaching the Russian language. The complex exists in the form of 33 tables, grouped in 4 blocks, and the Periodic Table of Elements of Russian Speech uniting them, as well as a book that leads along the path of learning the Russian language, being a textbook, a methodological guide, and a workbook. The study of grammar is combined with the development of speech.
