Relations between Russia and Poland have been difficult for centuries. Unfortunately, even now there is little positive in them. The hype about Katyn, which erupted on the eve of the celebration of the 65th anniversary of our Victory in the Great Patriotic War, with the strange crash of a Polish plane near Smolensk and confused statements at the highest level, does not add positive. One gets the impression that certain forces, both in Poland in Russia, do not need truth in this matter.
