The third edition of the anthology includes a number of additional materials prepared by members and experts of the Russian International Affairs Council (INF) on the use of unilateral restrictive measures (sanctions) in international relations. The publication examines the institutional mechanisms of the sanctions policy of modern states, the regional features of the application of restrictive measures, the goals of sanctions against Russia and other countries, as well as the consequences and strategies for countering sanctions.
