The book presents 16 poses from the author's yoga course for children. For more than thirty years, the author, following the precepts of his teacher, has been conducting classes with kids. Today she is convinced of the value of yoga as a teaching technique for young children, although this understanding did not come to her immediately. The main task of "children's" yoga is to help kids know the world. Parents should not perceive it only as gymnastics: doing with children, we must not forget that yoga for them is primarily a game.
