The collection includes a resolution of the Central Committee of the CPSU "On further improving the economic mechanism and tasks of party and state bodies" and a resolution of the Central Committee of the CPSU and the Council of Ministers of the USSR "On improving planning and strengthening the impact of the economic mechanism on improving production efficiency and quality of work" dated July 12, 1979, as well as guidelines, regulations and instructions developed by the central economic authorities in accordance with these decisions and published in the Economic Gazette.
