This manual contains basic data of marine diesel engines of type ZD6 and 7D6, different from those of diesel engine 1D6; description of arrangement of special ship units and assemblies; requirements for the installation of ZD6 diesel engines on the frame when they are connected to the propeller shaft and operating rules.
