The monograph is dedicated to the last period of the foreign policy history of pre-revolutionary Russia, when the government of the bourgeoisie was in power. The author sought to recreate the most complete picture of the country's international relations. The evolution of the program and methods of foreign policy that took place under the Provisional Government is gradually traced, the struggle of classes and parties on issues of war and peace and the final bankruptcy of the government are shown.
