But we are not suitable for effective organized work in principle. And some attempts of the authorities to develop science, nanotechnology, communication are empty projecting and a reason for plundering the budget. Or just PR. We have no historical prerequisites for breakthroughs in science or high technology... So, all of the above, according to the author, is a lie. In this book, he proves quite the opposite.
