Modern climate changes and fluctuations in the context of past changes are analyzed, as these latter are presented in a variety of series of direct and indirect observations. Climate variations are considered as integrally non-stationary and locally looking random, chaotic fluctuations in a nonlinear climate system, which is under the influence of external forces of various nature changing over time.
