... In the evenings I sat, meditated, tried to control. At first, nothing came out, but a couple of months ago, falling asleep, I suddenly realized that I could manage sleep. At first I did not believe it and, the next day, I tried again. I succeeded the next day and the day after tomorrow. For me, sleep is like immersion: at first there comes a feeling of peace, a pleasant state of lightness, I control my thoughts perfectly. When I plunge deeper, there is a inhibition of thoughts, a heaviness is felt. Eventually the sleep drags on and I lose control of it...
