The work of famous Romanian scientists is devoted to the chemical aspects of the emergence of life. The book critically examines modern theories related to the synthesis of protobiopolymers under abiotic conditions, and sets out an original theoretical model - the low-temperature theory of the origin of the living, developed by the authors over the past 10-15 years.
