The second volume of the Dictionary of the Language of Russian Poetry of the 20th Century contains about 4,500 articles. Each of the articles is a collection of poetic lines from the sources of the Dictionary - the works of ten outstanding poets of the Silver Age: I. Annensky, A. Akhmatova, A. Blok, S. Yesenin, M. Kuzmin, O. Mandelstam, V. Mayakovsky, B. Pasternak, V. Khlebnikov, M. Tsvetaeva. In the articles, these lines are chronologically ordered; they make it possible to judge both the rhythm of the environment of the title word, and the "increments of meaning" in it, and the history of the word in the poetic language of the era.
