The collection consists of unique documents extracted from central and local archives. It includes various kinds of appeals - memos, denunciations, complaints, statements, letters, greetings, requests, petitions, telegrams, petitions - addressed to the authorities. In some cases, the addressees of these documents were individual citizens, in others they can be considered the fruit of collective creativity, since they were adopted at rallies, meetings or meetings of various kinds of public organizations, developed and sent on their behalf or on their behalf.
