The book "Songs of War and Victory" was conceived in the editorial office of the newspaper "Tribune" as a gift for the 60th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War to its participants and everyone who cares about our history. The book includes not only many of the famous songs of the war and post-war years, but the history of their creation, memoirs of veterans, letters from readers, statements by prominent statesmen, cultural representatives, and prominent athletes.
