The book was prepared on the basis of practical processing of existing and created new recipes for peppercorns (88 recipes), a description of the most common ingredients of these tinctures is presented. The facts of pepper use found in Russian classical literature are presented in chronological order in a form that is not interesting, we hope, for the reader. Reviews of the compositions and formulations of peppers produced both in Soviet times and in the modern period are given.
