The tutorial is aimed at people who have little programming experience in modern languages ​ ​ and want to learn the basics of programming for the Android operating system. The publication addresses the following issues: preliminary preparation of a computer for development for Android (installation and configuration of software); Design and development of applications of varying levels of complexity using smartphone capabilities (touch screen, camera, sound, GPS); connection and use of ready-made libraries; development of simple game applications; basics of developing mobile HTML5 applications using Intel XDK.
