The book discusses the foundations of the theory of relativity, experimental foundations, principles and equations of classical electronic theory, the field of a moving electron, the electronic theory of dielectrics, magnets and conductors. The book basically corresponds to the content of the program of physical faculties of pedagogical institutes on classical (non-quantum) electronic theory and involves knowledge of the basics of electrodynamics. The first two chapters, without pretending to be a complete analysis of the concepts of space and time, are intended to assist the reader in considering a number of provisions of classical electronic theory based on relativistic patterns.
