The book offered to the reader is the most complete critical edition of the texts of the legendary Hermes Trismegistus - the founder of Hermeticism and science of ancient Egypt. In addition to the texts traditionally included in such collections, this edition includes the Strasbourg Cosmogony, texts concerning the Egyptian god Thoth before his identification with Hermes, and some works of the so-called "low Hermeticism" attributed to Hermes Trismegist himself.
