The heroes of the trilogy - the sorceress Wastis and her son Vazkor, are endowed with superhuman capabilities and are practically immortal. Although at the end of the first novel it is revealed that Wastis is actually an alien from the stars, the action of the cycle takes place in a fantasy entourage. The world described by Lee resembles the medieval East (Asia Minor, Arabia, Great Steppe). A rather memorable epic canvas in line with the "heroic fantasy" with elements of psychologism.
