Spaceflight began during the collapse of the great Western culture on Earth. Initially, the goals of the flights were purely military. Muir's invention of the belt-mass engine enabled the first explorers to reach Jupiter; the Jupiter expedition in 2018 helped to understand the laws of gravity, although the phenomenon of gravity itself has been known for several centuries.
