The paper presents the locations of the remains of dinotheria in Ukraine and a map indicating the finds of these animals, the results of morphological processing of the skull, lower jaw, cervical spine and forelimb of dinotheria. For the first time, a whole skull is described in detail and a morphofunctional analysis of the thoracic limb of a representative of this suborder of proboscis is given; features specific to this group are indicated, as well as an analysis of taphonomic features and geology of location is given. A geological section was compiled at the place of discovery, the accompanying fauna of marine invertebrates was determined. Designed for zoologists, paleontologists, geologists and geographers.
