The work highlights the key problems of Anglo-Soviet relations in 1917-1939. Based on the unique archival materials of the English government, state institutions of England, as well as the latest Soviet documents and research on this problem, the criminal role of international imperialism, primarily English, in organizing conspiracies, rebellions, military and economic intervention against the Soviet Republic, in unleashing the Second World War. The main idea of ​ ​ the work is to show the tireless, consistent struggle of the Soviet Union for peace, the peaceful coexistence of the states of two social systems.
