In this tutorial, the authors propose problems in the main sections of operational calculus and stability theory. At the beginning of each paragraph, the necessary theoretical information (definitions, theorems, formulas) is given, and about 100 typical problems and examples are analyzed in detail. The book contains over 500 tasks and examples for self-solution. Almost all tasks are answered, and in some cases instructions are given to the solution.
