The work examines the history of the Young Turk movement at its various stages - from the creation of the first organizations to the bourgeois revolution of 1908. The main attention is paid to showing the place of the movement in the socio-political history of Turkey in modern times. The study was built mainly on materials gleaned from original sources, mainly Turkish. Materials from Russian diplomatic archives were also widely used.
