The textbook includes full texts and extracts from program documents, other fundamental materials of the all-Russian monarchist parties, which had their own departments and subdivisions on the territory of the Belarusian provinces in 1905-1917, as well as the right of conservative unions and societies that arose at the same time in Belarus itself. The materials of the anthology are accompanied by brief historical comments.
