A new book by a phytotherapist, academician of the Ukrainian Academy of Original Ideas, head of the department of phytotherapy at the Kyiv Institute of Folk Medicine E.S. Tolstukhi contains one hundred recipes for Ukrainian alcoholic beverages enriched with healing juices and infusions of medicinal plants, honey and other products, as well as reconstruction of medicinal drinks of Prakrainians. they can be made both at home and in industrial production. A publication of this kind and in such completeness, with a description of the medicinal properties of drinks, is being published in Ukraine for the first time.
