Zhud-shi is a classic source of Tibetan medicine, which contains centuries of experience of Tibetan doctors who used the achievements of the medical systems of India, China and other countries in their practice. The main provisions of Tibetan medicine are presented, theoretical attitudes and medicinal raw materials are presented. For the first time in Russian, diagnostic methods, technology for preparing dosage forms, methods of prescription and techniques for various procedures are described. The introductory article gives a brief overview of the history of Tibetan medicine, highlights the problem of authorship of the treatise.
