At the end of the XIX - at the beginning of the XX centuries, the initial positions of many conflict situations in the Balkans, aggravated during a number of global crises of the XX century, were formed. It was at that time that the choice of path was determined, which affects the fate of the Balkans even now. This book, based on unique archival documents and memoirs of contemporaries, reconstructs the Serbian activity of keeping its Orthodox tribesmen in a hostile Muslim environment - in Old Serbia, which includes northwestern Macedonia, Kosovo and Metohija, Preševo, Bujanovac, Pčina and Raška.
