Alloy data for high temperature heaters are systematized. For the first time, for different groups of alloys, the patterns of oxidation of heaters throughout the entire period of their operation are described. Peculiarities of alloy oxidation mechanism are described, specificity of requirements for them and difference from structural heat-resistant alloys are shown.
