The book contains the main provisions of the teaching on heat exchange and their applications to the analysis of the operation of thermal devices. Elementary types of heat transfer (thermal conductivity, convection and thermal radiation), a complex heat transfer process and the basis for the calculation of heat exchangers are successively considered.
