The main symptoms of diseases necessary to justify the diagnosis, the general basics of treatment and the principles of individualized treatment are outlined. The focus is on nosological forms and medical emergencies in diseases of internal organs. More briefly, the mechanisms of the development of individual symptoms of the disease (their physiological basis in the modern sense) and the methods of studying the patient are described.
